Is it safe to travel during a time of a pandemic?

If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19, then we suggest that you practice social distancing.

We ensure that our drivers are tested and do not show any symptoms of the disease and cars are also disinfected after every ride as an effort from our side for your safety.

Steps to take in case I want to make a change or cancel my reservation?

For cancelation or any changes, you can contact us on our helpline (877) 627-1257, and our representative will immediately guide you and provide you with a solution. For further information, you can view our policies in the Terms and Conditions section.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Yes. You do. Although we do cater to last-minute rides, we still request our clients to make reservations 24 hours prior.

How do I get payment receipt of my ride?

Your payment receipt is sent to you through email within a couple of days of your ride.

What should I do if I lose anything during my ride?

If you forget any belonging in one of our cars, it is brought back to our main office, and we try our very best to reach out to you. The belonging is returned to the passenger on the next trip or shipped with additional charges.

What should I do if I am unable to see my driver?

In case you aren’t able to find your designated chauffeur, you can immediately reach out to us on (877) 627-1257, and one of our representatives will help you out ASAP.

What cars does your fleet include?

We have one of the most varied fleets, which includes Chrysler 300, Lincoln MKT, Ford Taurus, and many others along with several limos that are available for all occasions.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do accept credit cards. We accept Master, Visa, American Express, and others.

If I request the pickup from the airport, will you track my flight?

Yes, we do track your flight to ensure that our chauffeur is at the airport when you land to avoid any problem.

Do you provide booster seats?

If you are traveling with kids, then yes, we undoubtedly provide booster seats for your feasibility.
